Children's Ministries

Our children are cherished and important members of the covenant community, and Crossroads is deeply committed to both their spiritual and physical nurturing. To ensure your child’s safety and your peace of mind, we conduct background checks on all workers involved in children’s ministries. On Sunday mornings, we offer the following sessions for infants, toddlers and young children:

Nursery (birth to one-year-olds)

Crossroads provides a nursery so that parents with infants can worship without their distraction. Our goal is to maintain a safe, healthy and happy atmosphere with age-appropriate toys and watchful, loving supervision. Available during the worship service, the nursery is always staffed with at least two adults who have successfully completed a background check.

Sunday School (two- and three-year-olds)

Sunday School is an interactive and fun time where two- and three-year-olds spend time singing, playing games and learning Bible stories. Our Sunday School exists to help children know Jesus, love Him more and serve Him better. Classes take place during the worship service and are always staffed with at least two adults who have successfully completed a background check.

Children’s Church (four-year-olds to first graders)

Children ages four to first grade begin with parents in the worship service and are dismissed prior to the sermon. Children’s Church provides a small group format to teach God’s Word and apply it, build community and share Christ’s love. Children’s Church is always staffed with two adults who have successfully completed a background check.
